The Kimpton La Peer Hotel was designed by the renowned architecture firm of Moule & Polyzoides and Gene Fong & Associates. This boutique hotel is compromised of 105 guestrooms and suites, as well as a restaurant, roof top terrace, outdoor pool, and a patio bar. The structure incorporates a combination of architectural concrete, tile, plaster, wrought iron and glass. Located at 627 North La Peer Drive in
West Hollywood, this project adds another exciting aspect to this neighborhood’s colorful local culture.

In addition to construction, Joseph Merhi co-owns this hotel with the Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group.

The Kimpton La Peer Hotel opened in January 2018.
