The 544 S Pacific Ave property is located in San Pedro, California, just a few blocks from the water. We are currently in the development process of designing a hotel that will include 80 keys and a style that fits into the historical neighborhood.

The end result will be a seven story structure including one level of subterranean parking.

The hotel will also include a restaurant and roof deck bar.
